If so, you're not alone. Many dog owners have contacted me about these problems. The good news is I can help overcome these by teaching you and your dog new skills and behaviours.
These classes will show you how to use positive training methods, to ensure your dog will follow commands using both verbal and hand signals. Using methods which are fun, I will teach you and your dog the practical skills needed to have a well trained dog.
All my dog & puppy training classes take place in Callendar Park, Falkirk. I choose to hold the classes outdoors, to ensure our dogs learn in a real-life environment. Many dogs learn quickly in a hall with no distractions, but as soon as they are outside, enjoying the smells and sounds, they soon forget their training and commands.
With Simply Pawsitive, your dog will learn in a real life environment, whilst having fun.
I offer puppy classes as well as classes for dogs of any age All breeds are welcome, and the whole family are welcome to come along. Classes start on the first Sunday of every month, throughout the year.

What Will Your Dog or Puppy Learn at the Training Classes?
The main commands I will teach at the dog and puppy training classes are:
- Coming back to you when off lead.
- Walking nicely on lead and good lead manners around other dogs and people.
- Dropping things they find in your home or on walks.
- Sit and stay.
- Not jumping up on people.
These commands cover the majority of practical uses of dog training; for example, you can use a sit and stay command if your dog jumps up on people, or a leave command if your dog steals food.
Small Class Sizes - Maximum 6 Dogs or Puppies
I only use positive training methods. This means training through play, rewards, and having fun, building a positive bond between you and your dog.
Each class is limited to only six dogs, so your puppy will get the attention they deserve. There's no sitting around, waiting for your turn to demonstrate. Classes are fast paced, with a real focus on fun for both you and your dog.
